“Billy Mitchell” / Pac-Man World Champion

images-6

Show Info:
Although Billy Mitchell isn’t a musician or had a hit song, no one caught “Pac-Man Fever” more than him becoming the first person ever to play a perfect game. He has become a great friend with an interesting story that I thought you would enjoy hearing.

Billy is the world record holder for Pac-Man and Donkey Kong. He was the first to complete perfect scores on both games and was named as one of the top gamers in the world by MTV.

He is portrayed by Peter Dinklage as Eddie in the new Adam Sandler movie Pixels.
We talked about how his career got started and his ability to master many of the classic video games. He actually mastered Donkey Kong first because he didn’t want to wait in line to play Pac Man. Once he did get to play Pac Man he mastered that too.

Billy is a real family guy and enjoys watching his son play football. In fact he missed the premier of the Pixels movie in New York because he didn’t want to miss his son’s game.
He is in constant demand for personal appearances. He likes meeting his fans and tries to attend as many events as he can.

We talk about what it takes to be a great video game player and then he reveals what his personal favorite game is to play.

It was a great interview! Check it out. I know you’ll enjoy it
